57ft LOA 17 ft beam. Twin 70hp Suzuki 4 stroke outboards. Hydraulic steering. Pontoons – 2 each 1m x 14m and 2 each .6m x 12m. This houseboat has a Raymarine autopilot system. The houseboat has a 220v power system supplied by a – 6500w Honda 4 stroke generator in the soundproof cabin. It has 2 bedrooms (queen size beds), a full kitchen complete with pots, pans, dishes and cutlery, a large refrigerator, a 3 burner gas cooktop. It has a Gas BBQ and an Hibachi BBQ. It has living room furniture and the kitchen table converts to a sleeping area when required. There is a Hot/Cold shower (gas heater) and a full bath. 1 storage room for tools and accessories. This houseboat has a covered upper deck that is open and great for hammock use. This houseboat comes complete with a 12ft aluminum dingy with a 15 hp 4 stroke Suzuki engine. (low hours).
